Step 1

Take Off the Wheel and Prep the Caliper

Remove the wheel carefully so you have full access to the caliper. Clean the surface thoroughly, clearing away grease, brake dust, and dirt so the adhesive can bond properly.

Step 2

Dry-Fit the Cover First

Before applying any adhesive, set the cover in place over the caliper to check the fit, alignment, and clearance from the wheel.

Step 3

Apply the Adhesive

Spread an even coat of automotive-grade adhesive across the mounting surface of the cover. Stick to heat-resistant adhesive made specifically for automotive use.

Step 4

Mount the Cover

Place the cover onto the caliper and line it up exactly where you want it. Make sure it sits firmly and doesn't rub against any nearby parts.

Step 5

Hold It in Place While It Sets

If needed, use masking tape to keep the cover from shifting while the adhesive starts to cure, so the alignment stays exactly where you want it.

Step 6

Let It Cure

Keep the vehicle parked for a minimum of 2 hours so the adhesive can set fully. For the strongest bond, follow the curing time recommended by the adhesive's manufacturer.
